OUR PAC
REPRESENTATIVES
PAC is a place where you can feel less alone as you learn how to help your child and others.

To become a representative of the Parent Advisory Committee for Rochester Community Schools, you must meet the following criteria:
​
Each PAC Representative may be either a parent or guardian of a student currently receiving special education services or using a Section 504 Plan through Rochester Community Schools.
​
Each PAC Representative may only represent the school or program that their student currently attends
Each PAC Representative must be endorsed by the administrator of the student’s current school or program.
RESPONSIBILITIES
COMMIT
attend monthly PAC meetings
CONTRIBUTE
participate in and/or contribute to scheduled PAC events throughout the school year
SUPPORT
be accessible to parents in the school and direct them to appropriate resources when needed
ADVISE
attend school PTA meetings to ensure the needs of students in special education are considered
INFORM
stay informed about all PAC activities and convey information to your child's school
