TRANSITIONS

Deciding what is best for your child as they progress to the next level of education, or even knowing where to begin, can be overwhelming. Transitions may include: early on to early childhood special education, early childhood special education to elementary school, elementary school to middle school, middle school to high school and high school and beyond. We’d like to be there for you as you navigate these next steps. We can connect you to a PAC representative on a similar path so that you can ask questions and allow them to share their challenges and success. We also hope to connect families through informational meetings to help guide you in the process.
